When you join us as a Maintenance Operative youll benefit from:Competitive salary5* housebuilder -Be part of a company that consistently delivers quality homes and outstanding customer satisfactionLife Cover & Contributory PensionEmployee Benefits Platform giving you access to high-street discounts wellbeing support and moreCommitted todiversity inclusion and empowering your developmentWhat is the roleThe purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes providing maintaining high standards of customer experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLAs.Provide quality remedial works ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures.Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies identify all contra-charging opportunities.Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis.Liaise with and monitor subcontractors where appropriate to complete inspections of reported defects providing full details of agreed works to both the customer and the Customer Care Co-ordinators.Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Groups HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout teamWhat experience do I needAbility to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance including maintenance of machines and toolsPainting and Joinery experience is requiredPASMA certificate is advantageousExcellent customer service skillsConversant with Microsoft OfficeCurrent CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)First Aid qualification would be advantageousFull UK Driving Licence is required Key Skills Babysitting,Gsm,Informatica,BPO,ACCA,Designing Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
