Job Summary:

The Senior Ariba role is a key and influencing role within the NTT DATA Business Solutions (NDBS) Supply Chain practice . The successful candidate will be part of a wider team responsible for the design and implementation of SAP solutions to our customer base and to meet our customer's needs. As a Senior Expert you will support customer engagements and perform delivery of the SAP Ariba solutions working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers and the Integration Team to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions integrated into core SAP ERP and non-SAP solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•Work closely with customer and NDBS sales and business development teams to translate business requirements into a solution that takes advantage of the SAP Ariba capabilities, architecting SAP Ariba within the overall solution landscape. This will include collaboratively compiling statements of works to support any stage of the sales and deal review processes. Leads and co-ordinates integrated workshops with detail and complexity with Senior Stakeholders in the customer business.

•Provide thought leadership to NDBS and its customers focused on procurement strategy, based onSAP Ariba solutions and the SAP Ariba product roadmap

•Act as the design authority on the projects ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP Ariba solutions being implemented is aligned to industry best practice

•Adhering to the agreed NDBS strategy, engage in self-directed and other learning to keep pace with new technologies and developments to ensure NDBS remains at the forefront of the market within which we operate. Share, use and communicate expert knowledge in order to develop others and make business processes more effective.

•Recognise potential for repeat and extended business with respect to end-to-end service offer by itelligence and provide comprehensive input. Support itelligence to grow our business by being alert to the customer opportunities that present themselves.

•Have strength and depth in delivery and configuration expertise in the SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Source to Contract and Ariba Supplier Management solutions.

•Have experience and knowledge of the Source to Pay and Supplier Management business processes for both Direct and Indirect Spend.

•Experience of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA Sourcing, Procurement and Accounts Payable processes would be advantageous

Required Skills/Abilities:

•experience in either Contracts/Guided Buying / Commerce Automation/Supplier Risk

•Proven and demonstrable track record of successfully delivering customer projects and providing SAP Ariba solutions for the resolution of complex requirements.

•Strong interpersonal and soft skills, able to quickly develop relationships with all stakeholders; within NDBS locally and globally, external customers, suppliers and partners to become a trusted advisor in your field of expertise.

•Demonstrates gravitas and personal integrity, is able to overcome unforeseen situations and keeps business objectives in mind. Drives results, effects, convinces and inspires by his/her personality, behaviour and communication style. Is a role model and ambassador.

•Makes solid and reliable decisions in complex environments.

Experience:

•The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate between 4 and 6 years of professional experience working within a SAP Ariba consulting environment. Experience working with a value added re-seller or software house would be advantageous

•Proven and demonstrable experience in solution design and architecture with successful delivery and experience of all elements of between 4 and 6 full project lifecycles
