Responsibilities: - Perform a wide range of legal tasks pertaining to the Court of Protection, such as handling deputyship applications, managing client's financial matters, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.- Caseload Oversight: Effectively oversee a personal caseload, ensuring that cases progress in a timely manner, deadlines are met, and high standards of client care and service are upheld.- Business Development Engagement: Actively engage in initiatives aimed at promoting the organisation's Court of Protection services.
