This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a large FTSE-listed company in an inclusive and friendly team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage a varied caseload of Real Estate finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers.
  • Handle financing matters, supporting a diverse client base, including institutional, alternative, and private lenders, as well as corporate and private borrowers.
  • Utilize your post-qualification experience in Real Estate finance, with additional experience as a Paralegal or Trainee within a Real Estate team being highly desirable.

About You:

 

 

  • A qualiified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer (ideally 2 PQE + but we are flexible)
  • Demonstrable experience in Real Estate law.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional client service skills, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive in maintaining and developing client relationships, contributing to business growth.
