Dalkia Engineering is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team, where your expertise will be valued, and your growth will be supported.


In this role, you’ll oversee complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead a team of project personnel and work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to drive performance and achieve business goals. Reporting to the Project Director, you’ll be instrumental in delivering operational excellence across all aspects of project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Management: Lead and support project operations, implementing policies and goals.
  • Customer Service: Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
  • Commercial Management: Track project costs, prepare financial reports, and manage sub-contract accounts.
  • Health & Safety: Uphold company standards for safety, ensuring compliance on all project sites.
  • Team Leadership: Communicate expectations clearly, support career development, and foster a productive environment.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering (HNC qualification or equivalent).
  • Brings at least five years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrates technical competence, leadership, and excellent communication skills.
  • Thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Embodies a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and aligns with Dalkia Engineering core values.
