Alongside that, you’ll receive structured training, coaching and support to grow into a fully qualified professional - with the kind of career stability and respect that comes with it.What you’ll be doingSpeaking with clients to understand their wishes and family situationsGathering the information needed to draft willsGuiding people gently through decisions that can feel overwhelmingLearning the legal and ethical framework behind will writingBuilding long-term relationships based on trustSuggesting further conversations about income protection What you’ll getA clear, supported path into a respected professionTraining from experienced specialists in houseThe salary range is £25,000 - £27,000 with on target earnings getting close to £40,000You will need to be based in the Banbury office (to receive the best possible training) and will do 3 later shifts each week (11am - 8pm).
