Repairs paintwork fire protection occupational safety as a technical all-rounder you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will therefore be responsible for:Undertaking a tour of the premises every day to identify any defects in the hotel and carrying out the appropriate repair and renovation workMonitoring the seamless functionality of equipment lifts and technical facilities in the hotelEnsuring that all outdoor areas are cleaned and maintainedCommunicating liaising and cooperating with external companies in particular checking any maintenance workGaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teamsQualifications : You are a hotel professional with manual skills or a tradesperson with a passion for the hotel industry You will fit in here Because personality and hosting skills are our priority.
