Our expertise spans hazardous waste management, material logistics for offshore oil and gas exploration, decommissioning works, and international waste movements.


Role Description

This is a full time role working on rotation as a Site Manager Waste Transfer (TCM) at Technical Waste Services (TWS) located in a specialist Oil and Gas port in Africa. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day waste management operations, including handling hazardous waste, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The role involves working closely with subcontractors, conducting audits, and implementing best practices in waste management.


Qualifications

  • Experience in waste management, including hazardous waste handling
  • Knowledge of environmental management systems and European waste management standards
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site internationally
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications in waste management or related field are a plus (CIWM, WAMITAB)


Role can be PAYE or on a consultancy basis. Very competitive day rate, all onshore scope.
