Apply now and be a part of our mission to support well-being.The RoleWe are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join us for a 69-month MAT cover position starting in December 2025 or January 2026.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated tech-savvy and well-organised Assistant Management Accountant to join our friendly and talented team and support in the effective daily running of the finance department. We are looking for a highly organised and capable individual who can prioritise well is eager to learn and has great attention to detail. This role will be a key business contact and should feel comfortable interacting and supporting members of the business from the most junior to the most senior.Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing supplier AP approvals staff expenses and payment runsResponsible for coordinating corporate credit card systems and subscription payment tool including month end reconciliationsPreparation of regional payroll inputs for approval and liaison with external payroll supportDaily and monthly bank reconciliations including documentation and liaison with bank relationship managersPreparing monthly journals such as accruals prepayments fixed assets and intercompany across all entities & ownership of key balance sheet accountsPreparation of quarterly UK VAT returnsSupporting the Finance team on budget & Year End deliverablesThis job spec is not exhaustive and may change from time to time in line with the evolving nature of a dynamic and growing business including other ad hoc projects as required.About youAbility to set and manage priorities judiciouslySelf-starter and keen to take ownership over responsibilities and workAbility to articulate ideas to all areas of the businessKeen attention to detailSkills and ExperienceQualified by experience AAT or equivalent is helpful but not mandatoryExperience with customer and/or supplier relationship managementExcellent written and verbal skillsExperience with automated workflows and must have experience an appreciation and desire to work with software solutions Experience with foreign entities and multi-currency organisationsExperience in SaaS and/or start-ups has a strong advantageCompensation & BenefitsWork Remotely: Flexible hours and work from homeVitality Private Health InsuranceVivup Employee Benefits Platform Employee Assistance Programme25 days annual leave bank holidays birthday day off (pro-rated for part-time employees and the duration of the 6-month contract)Access to Go1 e-learning platform At Togetherall we dont just accept difference we thrive on it for the benefit of those that work with us and our members.
