Business Support Officer based in Manchester, Paying £12.64ph PAYE - Reference: 0008 4E0A / 1
- Candidate will be responsible for managing the incoming telephone calls to the rough sleeping support service
- They will be responsible for taking the calls from the general public to report rough sleeping into the service and to pass this information to the Outreach team so that they can find people who are rough sleeping and offer them accommodation.
- The business support will also provide minute taking for meetings that managers attend throughout the week and will carry out generic administrative tasks.
This is working full time hours on temporary contract.
