Main Purpose:Reporting to the IT Applications Support Manager, the IT Support and Operations Analyst will assist in the technical and application support of a broad portfolio of Line of Business (LOB) and corporate applications. This role involves ensuring that IT services and infrastructure meet operational goals, following ITIL practices diligently, and driving continuous improvement.IT Application Support & Operations:Establish and maintain procedures, standards, and policies for IT Support and Operations services.Prepare and maintain documentation related to IT Support & Operations policy and procedures.Identify opportunities and efficiencies resulting from new IT developments within a strategic framework.Engage in stakeholder communication and participate in relevant conferences and seminars.
