A leading Northampton printing business is recruiting for Finishing and Die Cutting Operators who will be working on an 8-hour shift pattern. THE ROLE: You will have responsibility for:Running some of the following: Folders, Stitching Line, Guillotines, Cylinder and or a Flatbed Die Cutting Machine with stripping unit.Achieving daily production plan.Monitoring and controlling qualityGeneral housekeeping duties and ensure machine is clean and safe.KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:Previous experience in some or all of the machines listed above.Effective communication skillsGood problem-solving skills, whilst working under pressureExperience of working within a teamSALARY: Dependent on experienceThis is a great move for a Print Finisher and Die Cutting Operator to become part of this expanding Northampton business.
