Due to the high-risk nature of their environment, this role would suit someone with experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction. As part of your role as the Health & Safety Manager, you will support the business with accreditations such as ISO 45001 and 14001. The environment includes heavily automated operations, material processing, bespoke products built by hand, welding, material handling, loading and unloading of goods and general site operations.
Ideal candidate profile for this Health & Safety Manager role:
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing or Construction
- Experience operating at Manager level in Health & Safety, HSEQ, SHEQ, HSE, SHE etc.
- Understanding of ISO standards and processes
- Able to build on and improve safety culture
You will receive a basic salary up to £55,000 plus up to 15% bonus and private health.
