Join us to drive change and make an impactThis role:We are looking for a Maintenance Support Co-Ordinator to come and join our growing Operations & Maintenance team.This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines helping us build for the future.An idea of what youll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for Maintenance and Operations enquiries through all communication channels.Create and maintain an accurate Maintenance and Operations TrackersLiaise with relevant operational managers and engineer leads to schedule suitable resource and co-ordinate suitable travel and accommodation Partake in relevant meetings to gain understanding of support required for each projectLiaise with external parties to apply for and arrange permits for assigned projects from inception to closureCommunicate with key internal and external stakeholders providing routine updates and reports at an operational and commercial level to enhance client experienceRequest raise and chase invoices for ongoing works and maintenance liaising with Finance to ensure payment terms are fulfilledTrack and schedule oil samplingCarrying our reasonable tasks as requested by Engineers to support the successful delivery of projectAssist with administrative cover across all departments as required When you join you will go through our top-notch induction and onboarding process and have opportunities to develop further through our in-house training academy.Everyone belongs here at SinewaveAt Sinewave we are proud to be an equal opportunities employer dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute. Youll have a proven track record of: Assessing potentially hazardous and dangerous situations taking appropriate action to ensure the safety of personnel other site operatives and the public. Undertaking site specific risk assessments and creating RAMS and competent in issuing and cancelling safety documents. Ensuring personnel and your wider team understand duties under safety documents. Carrying out network operations under instruction from the Network Control Engineer. Understanding the local network anomalies and ensuring correct phase rotation. Youll already have experience & qualifications in: Currently hold (or have held) authorisations up to 33kV including permit to work (accepting 11KV with extensive experience). CSCS (affiliated). The use of Productivity and Collaboration Software such as Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smart phones tablets laptops etc. Full UK driving license (Maximum of 3 points).
