Spa Therapist

Role OverviewAs a Spa Therapist at our brand-new Palé Hall Spa & Gym you will deliver exceptional personalised treatments while ensuring guests experience the highest standards of comfort relaxation and wellbeing. You will embody our values of professionalism warmth and excellence playing a key role in shaping the reputation of our new wellness offering.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages facials and body therapies.Deliver exceptional guest care ensuring a calm welcoming and luxurious experience at all times.Maintain treatment rooms therapy equipment and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.Advise guests on aftercare treatment benefits and suitable home-care products.Support spa reception and guest flow when required ensuring smooth daily operations.Uphold all health safety and sanitation regulations.Assist with the opening and closing procedures for the spa and gym.Maintain accurate treatment records and support the management team with stock control.   Qualifications : RequirementsRecognised Level 3 beauty or massage qualification (or equivalent).Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is preferred.Strong treatment skills with attention to detail and a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing.Excellent communication guest-care and interpersonal skills.Professional calm and well-presented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and service.Additional Information : What We OfferCompetitive salary.Share of gratuities.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Free on-site parking.Relais & Châteaux and Pride of Britain discounted stays.Opportunities for further training development and brand partnerships.Access to the new spa and gym facilities. Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Hotel Reception,Customer Service,ABB,Litigation Paralegal,Ims Experience: years Vacancy: 1
