A renowned law firm located in London's West End is seeking a Senior Associate specializing in residential property to join their team. This prestigious firm, headquartered in London, has been honoured with eight national awards since 2021 and boasts an extensive global network of over 100 independent law firms. With a rich history, the firm continues to provide top-quality solutions to clients, offering personalized service while also possessing the expertise required to address clients' most complex needs comprehensively and practically.


The firm's residential property team represents both UK and non-UK individuals and companies, and their international network enables them to handle property transactions and land purchases worldwide. They provide comprehensive advice on a wide range of residential property matters, including rights of way, restrictive covenants, auction sales and purchases, buy-to-let arrangements, deeds of gift and gifted deposits, deeds of variation, equity releases, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, help-to-buy schemes, joint ownership and trust deeds, leasehold enfranchisement, licenses for alterations, new builds, probate sales, remortgages, developments, shared ownership, and equity transfers.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including those listed above, for clients both in the UK and overseas.

To ensure a successful application, the following qualifications and qualities are required:


  • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputable residential property practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective, prompt, and efficient service to clients.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated individual.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and effective communication.
  • Collaborative team player who fits well within a collegiate and hardworking team.
