Our client is one of the leading Property Auction companies in Scotland and is now keen to recruit an ambitious Marketing Manager to their business working closely with management and sales staff across the company in a varied and hands on position.


Heading up with this part of the business with support from a Marketing Assistant your key duties will include:


  • Working in collaboration with management and team members to develop online and offline marketing plans + content to sell a diverse stock of properties across Scotland
  • Managing all general company marketing including graphics, advertising and branding
  • Overseeing Social Media channels – strategy development, content creation, posting and monitoring
  • Developing and overseeing company marketing at their regular property auctions in addition to property networking events and industry conferences
  • Email Marketing campaign creation, execution and monitoring
  • Managing company PR and press releases where required
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and identify opportunities to maximise traffic
  • Managing company website and associated assets
  • Managing all other company marketing channels including SEO
  • Delegating and managing the Marketing Assistant to work closely together on company objectives


We are looking to hear from experienced Marketing Execs and Managers who have ideally worked in a similar industry to property – it’s important you are able to work in a hands on, entrepreneurial environment, be a real team player and possess a good level of commercial awareness.


Full time permanent post based in Paisley, salary negotiable based on experience circa £40k.
