This is a fully generalist HR role which offers fantastic development, as a HR Advisor your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting or taking the lead on Employee Relation matters including absence management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievance matters
  • Management of the recruitment process both directly and through maintaining relationships with agencies
  • Processing of new starters and leavers; completing right to work checks, creating offer letters, contracts and new starter packs, and communicating these with the payroll department
  • Advising supervisors and managers on employment law
  • Support the integration of a brand new HRIS

The right person for this HR Advisor role will have the following attributes:
