Healthcare Support Worker - Complex Care (Night Shifts)Location:Dover, KentHourly Rate:£15.00 - £17.00 per hourAbout the RoleSuperior Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and confidentHealthcare Support Workerto provideone-to-one carefor a child with complex health needs in their family home in Dover, Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life by delivering exceptional care and supporting their daily routine.About the ClientAge:Child Lives with:Parents Preferences:Non-smoker, female, bubbly personality, good sense of humour, and strong initiative. Someone who can fit in well with the family and work closely to support their child's medical needs Shift PatternNight shifts -Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10pm-7am Clinical ResponsibilitiesYou will receive full training and support to manage the child's complex care needs, including:Seizure monitoring and recognising early signs Administration of paraldehyde during seizure episodes Gastrostomy (G-tube) feeding and medication administration Nebuliser treatments as required Oral suctioning to maintain a clear airway Supporting communication for a non-verbal child Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling using a ceiling hoist Providing comfort, positioning, stimulation, and age-appropriate interaction Apply TodayIf you are passionate about providing exceptional care and want to join a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
