Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity join our continually expanding organisation, as aDeputy Locality ManageroverseeingOur Supported LivingServicewithin Bedworth area.

It is a Fixed Term Contract - for 12 months- For maternity Leave Cover.

The role will include day to day management of the services you cover, ensuring the individuals we support receive a personalised service which meets and continually responds to their changing needs, whilst also working to maintain quality and compliance. Support and supervision of staff and acting as the point of call in the absence of the Locality Manager. Respond to concerns in a timely manner, with reference to company procedure and local safeguarding arrangements and CQC guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the operations of a home care facility.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients.
  • Develop and implement care plans for clients based on their individual needs
  • Supervise and train a team of caregivers.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide necessary medical treatments and medication administration.
