Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of site works, ensuring compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring that processes and procedures are rigorously followed.Key Responsibilities:On-Site Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, representing the client professionally and ensuring all operations align with project standards.Multi-Site Oversight: Manage multiple sites and clients, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.Supply Chain Management: Lead and coordinate activities of subcontractors and direct delivery teams, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.Site Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate site records, issue permits, and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to.Safety and Standards: Uphold a strong safety culture by maintaining a clear safety record and complying with environmental and quality standards.Required Qualifications:Black or Gold CSCS CardSMSTS CertificationFirst Aid at Work CertificationTemporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor QualificationExperience with NEC4 contractsDesirable Skills:Confined Space AwarenessGeneral Experience:Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Demonstrated expertise in overseeing teams and acting as the lead on-site representative.Strong track record of delivering results across multiple locations.This freelance role is ideal for a Site Agent with a flexible approach to travel and a passion for delivering excellence across diverse sites and clients
