About the Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's Private Client team, working on a diverse range of matters including IHT planning, Wills, LPAs, and Estate Administration. Reporting to the Partners, you'll contribute to the team's success by delivering high-quality legal solutions and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, ensuring timely delivery of legal services.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Adhere to quality procedures and management systems to ensure compliance.
  • Develop technical and non-technical skills to meet client and firm requirements.

Skills and Experience:

  • Hold a relevant Professional Qualification with strong legal skills in Private Client matters.
  • Proven experience handling a range of Private Client issues, including Wills and Estate Administration.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to your career.
  • Track record of supporting business development initiatives.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong team player with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
