Are you looking for an opportunity to join the exciting beer industry?


We are recruiting for a motivated business development manager to join an innovative brewery & distillery as they look to grow their home territory distribution and visibility across the on trade. Join a business guided by community, inclusivity & Sustainability as they continue to grow their footprint across their localised territory and further afield.


Salary : £28 - £30K + Variable bonus structure


Ways of working: Field based remote


Location: Gloucestershire



The role…


Represent the breweries extensive beer portfolio as well as their distillery brands as you continue to develop their reputation throughout the local heartland territory. Build relationships with the local independant free trade as you strive to raise brand awareness whilst growing volume distribution and brand visibility.

Develop relationships with an existing account base whilst unlocking new business opportunities, a sales role where you will become the face of the brand for your territory training staff teams and driving the brands rate of sale.

Natural ingredients are the foundation of their beers from timeless classic ales to new and innovative IPAs.

Situated in the heart of Gloucester this brewery are driven to Crafting excellence for both public and trade customers. With a brewery and a distillery they have become a community cornerstone, crafting a range of multi-award-winning beers and spirits.


Community, inclusivity, and sustainability are their guiding principles. Supporting local charities, championing grassroots sports clubs, and prioritizing eco-friendly practices – from green energy and electric vehicles to using recycled materials in our packaging.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for the on trade drinks industry and a hunger to work with a growing brand. This is a role whereby you can combine your passion for the drinks industry with a love for building on trade relationships, become an essential part of growing the sales, distribution and recognition of a respected local brewery & distillery.
