Location: Basingstoke or Christchurch (3 days WFH)Salary: Up to £35k + excellent benefits

Seeking a passionate individual with a proven track record of providing advice and guidance to individuals.

Overview:

Working for a leading housing association, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering financial inclusion projects to residents specific to household energy efficiency and support.

A typical week:

  • Deliver energy support & efficiency interventions
  • Deliver community engagement initiatives
  • Build partnerships to expand provision
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders

You'll need the following:

  • Experience of financial inclusion or related areas
  • Confident communication skills
  • Creative, solution-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency or similar (advantageous)
