As an estimator, you will be responsible for estimating the costs of the pre-construction commercial process through client, external consultants, specialist subcontractors and inter disciplines.
You will have a thorough understanding of design, programme, and commercial functions.
- Construction related Degree or Equivalent industry-related.
- Liaising with the supply chain, obtaining prices, programs, etc
- Selection of supply chain to use in the price.
- Liaising with project team to price prelims, etc
- Ability to produce first principal estimates.
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literate
- Ability to collaborate with design team and operational team.
- Participating in presentations and interviews to internal and external parties
