Overview:
MTS Staffing are currently seeking a dedicated Paint Sprayer to join our clients team based in central Worcester. As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient spraying/coating of products while maintaining high quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be utilized and enchanced with ongoing training.This is a permanent role from day 1.
Working Hours:
06:00-14:00
14:00-22:00
Rotating
Responsibilities:
You will be involved in all aspects of the paint process, from preparing/ stripping parts, ordering materials, managing consumable usage, to basic paint shop equipment maintenance and painting the final product in line with company standards. You will also be required from time to time to assist the assembly lines during high demand periods.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using paint spraying equipment within a Manufacturing environment
- Experience within Manufacturing/Production
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and basic repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
