What the role involves:As an Accommodation Worker youll play a vital role in: Delivering an exceptional Intensive Housing Management service Supporting residents with everything from property allocations and rent arrears to void management and low-level anti-social behaviour Organising and encouraging engaging meaningful activities to boost wellbeing and reduce social isolation Creating a welcoming and supportive environment that people are proud to call home While your main base will be Rosedale Court youll also be part of our wider Older Persons Team with the opportunity to work flexibly across other sites.
