Join a top 100 UK law firm as a Corporate Solicitor, recognised in the Legal 500 for its outstanding corporate team. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant deals in a dynamic and prestigious environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle a variety of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters.
  • Work closely with partners and clients to facilitate transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to manage deal processes and ensure smooth execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of corporate transactions and legal frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of client service and confidentiality.
