Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse client requirements effectively.

As we expand our team, we’re looking for a dedicated individual to support our clients in the adoption of a new CRM. You will be the first line of contact for supporting users and will be joining a growing company with lots of opportunities to learn and develop your career. You will be exposed to the Salesforce platform and supported in the development of your career.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilise Salesforce to manage client interactions, track service requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service provision and resolution of client issues.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in financial services to better assist clients.
  • Support onboarding activities for new clients.
  • Deliver custom development requests from clients.


Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing client relationships.
  • Previous experience in the property sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions are documented accurately.
