Our client is now seeking a new Plant Manager for what is an outstanding opportunity located in Buckinghamshire, UK
You will work as part of the Senior Management Team with overall responsibility for Manufacturing activities, creating a safe collaborative working environment, continuously improving the manufacturing facility, whilst ensuring the quality of all manufactured products.
Required experience:
- Degree qualified
- Proven experience in the Chemical (Food Flavourings or Fragrances) industry
- Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety
- Ensure all products manufactured meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements
- Providing leadership and direction to plant staff, fostering a positive work environment
- Understanding customer requirements and ensure the manufacturing plant delivers products that meet or exceed customer expectations
