The NetSuite Administrator at Advanced plays a central role in optimizing our core business processes through the effective management, configuration, and maintenance of our NetSuite system. Your role will involve a sophisticated blend of technical expertise, system engineering, and project management, focusing on delivering high-quality NetSuite solutions that support our operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Oversee the technical configuration of NetSuite to meet specific business requirements. This includes scripting, customizing forms, setting up user roles and permissions, maintaining lists, records, and advanced field-level security controls.
  • User Support and Training: Provide advanced technical support to NetSuite users, addressing complex system issues. Develop and conduct specialized training sessions on utilizing NetSuite features, emphasizing script troubleshooting and system optimization.
  • Managing System Upgrades and Integrations: Lead technical upgrades and integrations with other software tools and systems. Ensure seamless migrations and upgrades by employing best practices in database management and system testing.
  • Monitoring System Performance: Utilize SQL and system performance monitoring tools to analyze and enhance NetSuite performance. Implement custom scripts(optional) and solutions to optimize operations.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Champion the security of NetSuite data by implementing advanced security measures, regular audits, and compliance checks, and coordinating with IT security teams.
  • Developing Advanced Reports and Dashboards: Use SQL and NetSuite’s built-in tools to create complex reports and dashboards that provide deep analytical insights, aiding strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitating Change Management: Drive technical change management initiatives related to NetSuite, ensuring that technological changes are implemented effectively and meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Recommending and Implementing SaaS Solutions: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate technical SaaS solutions that extend the capabilities of NetSuite, focusing on areas such as advanced analytics, AI enhancements, and automated workflows.

What You Will Have:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical NetSuite administration, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed complex configurations and integrations.
  • NetSuite Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of NetSuite’s architecture, including SuiteScript(Optional), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies used for system customization and integration.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with a track record of identifying and resolving complex technical problems quickly and effectively.
  • Security and Compliance: Deep understanding of IT security and regulatory compliance, with experience implementing robust security frameworks within NetSuite.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively across various departments.
