As the Ecommerce Experience Specialist , you will play a key role in overseeing the Shopify website experience, ensuring the site is optimised for performance, design, and conversion.
Reporting into the Head of Growth, you will combine your technical, analytical, and creative skills to enhance the customer journey, execute A/B tests, and drive meaningful UX/UI improvements across their online store.


Customise and optimise Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Implement front-end improvements to elevate UI/UX and ensure a seamless user experience.
Build, test, and optimise landing pages to maximise sales performance.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams on new feature rollouts and content updates.
Conduct A/B testing and analyse data to inform design and content decisions.
Produce detailed performance reports and share insights with key stakeholders.
Create and enhance digital imagery and layouts using Canva or Photoshop.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be preferred.
Excellent eye for design, user experience, and detail.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web accessibility standards.
Basic design competency using Canva or Photoshop.
