Are you a detail orientated Technical Business Analyst who enjoys working in a challenging rapidly evolving technical landscape? Key Responsibilities


  • Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, development teams, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on technology solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms) with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Provide expertise in networking infrastructure and cloud networking, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing environments.
  • Conduct system analysis, design improvements, and provide recommendations for optimized business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful migrations, upgrades, and deployments of Microsoft products (Office 365, Azure, etc.).
  • Support end-to-end project management, from concept through implementation, while managing risks and mitigating issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest cloud, networking, and Microsoft technology trends to guide future business decisions.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, specifically within cloud technologies, Microsoft products, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and other cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, system architecture, and security best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are a plus.
