UK Marketing ManagerPPG IndustriesRemote worker / Hybrid (Stowmarket)You will lead the deployment of our Automotive Refinish business strategy across our products including Collision CT/LIC Digital Colour and Sundries at the country/subregion level. You will lead the local marketing team and cooperate with the sales and technical organisation to ensure successful implementation of strategic goals in local markets.You will report to the Product & Segment Director EMEA.#LI-remote#LI-hybridKey ResponsibilitiesStrategy Deployment: Lead the deployment of the PPG Refinish strategy across Collision CT/LIC Digital and Sundries products ensuring agreement on country-specific goals in collaboration with the Country Refinish Director. Manage local marketing budget.Team management and local collaboration: Manages local marketing team and partners with local sales technical and training teams to lead fast and successful deployment of the strategy.Market Intelligence & Data Consistency: Understands local market (competition trends customer needs) to lead implementation and provide relevant insights to central marketing to support informed decision-making.Partner for main customers and market players: Works together with main customers and market players (associations media influencers).
