With 16 production sites and 9 R&D centers we support over 1500 customers worldwide Reference 2025-1693 Job Family / Sub-familyIndustrial - ProductionContract typeTemporary agency workerContract duration (Months)OngoingJob title Day Process Logistics Technician (Agency) M/F/DPosition Context:As a Day Process Logistics Technician you will report directly to the Day Process Supervisor and will be in charge of supporting plant operations by facilitating the flow of bulk and packaged materials on and off the addition you will support the shift teams in some processing activities e.g. Drumming and de-drumming filtration and blending.Main tasks : Check daily tanker movements against the daily movements schedule; cross referencing order numbers and productsCheck conditions and weights of road barrels to ensure cleanliness and compliance with loading proceduresCheck and complete effluent plant tasks as per proceduresLoading and unloading of road barrels and ensuring that they are labelled correctly before leaving siteOperating supporting process unitsComplete the drumming and de-drumming of IBCs and drumsOperating cosmetics drumlineFollow Bulk Transfer Operating Discipline adhering to Line Integrity Check procedures Required skills :Must have an outstanding approach to personal safety as well as the safety of othersMust be PC literateThe ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment is essentialGood organisational and planning skillsThe ability to work on multiple tasks at one timeThe ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervisionGood attention to detail and accuracyMust be eligible to work in the UKExperience in the Chemical Industry preferredAt Seqens Custom Specialties we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
