About Us:
At Engage Education, we are dedicated to providing tailored support to students aged 2 to 19 with a wide range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other challenging behaviours. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them to engage with their learning and develop essential life skills.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
- Support students in managing their behaviour through the use of de-escalation techniques and other strategies.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff members to create a supportive and consistent environment.
