We are currently looking to recruit for a full time NVQ 4 qualified and experienced Service & Repair Engineers, to join our existing passionate teams, for a well-established service routes in either the East Midlands.

You will have/be:

  • Organised, customer aware, supportive and friendly experienced and confident in delivering service to many different types of customers
  • Minimum NVQ 4 level qualification or equivilent (Higher education Certificate/BTEC) plus at least 1 years experience in lift service field is preferred.
  • Experienced in the maintenance, repair and breakdown diagnostics on a wide variety of different types of passenger and goods lifts for a wide range of manufacturers
  • Participate in an out of hours on-call rota and emergency cover
  • Live in the area
  • Fully mobile, with a full driving license and willingness to travel
  • Entitled to work in the United Kingdom
  • Immediate start available

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer care and communication
  • Undertaking routine preventive maintenance on a range and age of manufactured lifts
  • Undertaking corrective fault finding maintenance processes, minor repairs and servicing
  • Adhere to Safety and Quality procedures and policies
  • Liaise with your Service Manager and team colleagues in the day-to-day running of jobs
  • Completion and submission of all relevant online customer portals or paperwork and reports
  • Maintain good housekeeping and service standards on the sites you are responsible for
  • Periodic ad-hoc additional service related duties
