Relationship Manager Assistant – Private Banking with Fluent Arabic

A small prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic individual to assist a team of Relationship Managers. Your duties will be varied to include: Supporting RM’s to manage their client portfolio including annual reviews/credit applications etcAssisting with KYC procedures: onboarding clients, conducting reviews, and performing CDDHandling account openings, processing debit/credit card requests for clients, and addressing transaction inquiriesProviding assistance to clients during branch visitsMaintaining Private Banking diary and client filesYour experience must include: Proven relevant experience in Private Banking support, including account opening processes and KYC/CDD Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client serviceExcellent presentation and communication skills (both written and oral) Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint Fluent Arabic is essential Please note this role will be working 5 days a week in the London office....
