We are inviting applications for Credit Admin Officer for an international Bank based in city of London.Core Duties:Obtain quotes from Surveyors & Solicitors in relation to approved transactions and liaise with internal stakeholders for the quotes to be agreed prior to instructing the relevant party. Thereafter appoint/instruct surveyors and advise the case manager so that they can instruct solicitorsIssue valuation fee letters to clientsDiarise any conditions subsequent and ensure these are completed on or by the due date(s)Ensure all invoices received from brokers and valuers are paid in a timely manner.Four eyes check of safe custody of legal documentation and maintenance of Security RegisterEnsure all transaction documents that have not been uploaded by the case manager or which are received post drawdown are uploaded to DatastoreEnsure rent review letters for Islamic Loans are issued regularly as requiredManaging property valuation, insurance and lending databaseManaging renewals as per Bank's lending policy and ProceduresInputting limits on Equation as requested by Credit RiskManaging the annual review process (if transferred to CAD)Bank-wide initiativesAdhere to key controls to ensure Bank Procedures regarding Lending are metKeep knowledge current and comprehensive on portfolio, clients and facility changes by following operational proceduresGood understanding of Industry practice and proportional risk management approachesProven competency of working within a Financial Services environment, ideally within anOperations/Credit Administration teamIdentifies and shares best practices and lessons learnedLoans administration experience (including in Islamic financing would be helpful)Attention to detail.High levels of drive and motivation.Ability to communicate proactively (both written and oral)Ability to operate in a pressurised team
