Senior Project ManagerLocation: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + package Confidential Search – Leading Main ContractorA leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in High Wycombe, delivering major projects across the data centre and large-scale industrial sectors.This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the full lifecycle delivery of technically complex schemes typically valued at £100m+, working with high-performing site and commercial teams to ensure successful outcomes for clients.The RoleYou will take ownership of large, fast-paced projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, programme, quality and commercial performance are achieved.Key responsibilities include:Leading project delivery teams on major data centre and industrial schemesManaging programme, logistics and sequencing on complex buildsTaking full responsibility for health & safety performance on siteCoordinating design, procurement and construction activitiesManaging client relationships and acting as the main point of contactDriving commercial performance in conjunction with commercial teamsEnsuring quality standards and commissioning milestones are achievedReporting progress, risks and opportunities to senior leadershipAbout YouTo be successful, you will have:Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on £100m+ projectsStrong background with a main contractor delivering complex buildingsDemonstrable experience within data centres, industrial, logistics or similarly technical sectorsExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsStrong understanding of programme management and construction methodologyAbility to manage multiple workstreams in high-pressure environmentsQualificationsDegree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering or similarSMSTS and CSCS (essential)First Aid at Work (desirable)PackageBasic salary £90,000 – £110,000Car allowance or company carBonus and comprehensive benefits packageExcellent long-term career progression with a market-leading contractor
