ABOUT THE ROLE As the Divisional Clinical Lead Nurse for Barchesters Central division, youll use your leadership skills to ensure the provision of the quality and person-centred care and support were known for. The role will cover nursing and residential homes acrossEast Anglia, The Midlands, Cotswolds and South Wales. You will work closely with the Regional Directors, Home Managers, and senior clinical staff to implement key actions to address any issues and continually improve care standards.
