We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the Benugo team at the Windsor Castle.Located withing of one the UKs most iconic landmarks our cafe offers freshly prepared seasonal food and excellent coffee.Salary: 38 000 - 40000 per annumShifts: any 5 days out of 7Contract: Full Time PermanentAbout the Assistant General Manager role:The role supports General Manager in overseeing the cafe in Windsor CastleTo oversee the operational function of the location by providing direction and structure to the team and ensuring our product and service is always of a high standardTo build and maintain the client relationship by regularly meeting problem solving and forward planning with the clientTo ensure the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard from front and back of houseTo continuously work towards improving sales and serviceFinancial and budget management including forecasting cost control and forward planningTo support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations listening training and mentoringTo ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all timesThe Ideal Candidate:Experience working in a public spaceExperience in high volume and multi-site operations is highly desirableExcellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspireHave astute financial and commercial awareness to ensure the continued success of the siteA passion for food is a plus Additional Information : Benugo has built a culture of inclusivity & progression for all employees.
