Are you a passionate Supply Chain Manager, ready to join a global and committed team with a leading energy solutions organisation?


This is a varied role in which you’ll lead a team and manage materials planning, scheduling, direct and indirect material purchasing and inventory control.


This role will be based onsite in Devon.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead demand planning, logistics optimisation, and supplier coordination to meet customer needs efficiently
  • Implement cost-effective practices, manage local purchasing, and uphold SIOP processes
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and seamless execution
  • Evaluate team performance and cultivate top talent


Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in talent management and team performance optimisation
  • Expertise in MRP/ERP systems and supply chain operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of production planning, inventory control, and Lean Manufacturing principles
