About you
- Proven experience in devising, facilitating, and evaluating effective L&D programs.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends and practices in L&D, with the ability to recommend best learning solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexible, adaptable approach to engaging and motivating learners.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A recognised L&D qualification and contact centre experience would be advantageous.
