Quantity SurveyorWe have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our large, volume developer based in Guildford. A rare opportunity for somebody to progress their career in a growing company. Quantity Surveyor:As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial element of the development, managing costs on site and liaising with site teams. You will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor on site.Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:Involvement in pre-construction activitiesProcurement of various sub-contract packagesDealing with variationsAssisting in completing monthly CVRsKey Requirements as Quantity Surveyor:Educated to HNC / Degree levelExperience working within a developer would be preferentialBe a driven and ambitious individualCOINS experience is preferentialIn return you will receive:Salary: Up to £60,000 Car AllowanceClear progression pathwayBonus SchemeThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established developer with a secure pipeline of projects.
