A standout programme includes the modernisation of the UK MODs Skynet satellite network - just one of several high-profile communications and network initiatives offering exciting opportunities for Systems Engineers who want to make a real impact.Your Role and ImpactSupporting the full project lifecycle using CADMID/T or similar models.Creating Engineering Management Plans and Systems Engineering documentation.Managing and tracing requirements from system to subsystem.Designing and integrating system architectures and test plans.Leading design reviews and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.Driving delivery milestones and applying best practices in risk and opportunity management.These are full-time positions (37 hours per week) with the flexibility to be based at a range of UK locations including Plymouth Bristol Bath and Corsham. We support an agile working approach giving you the freedom to choose a work location and pattern that fits your lifestyleprovided business and customer needs are met.What do I needBroad experience in Systems Engineering with a strong grasp of full life cycle management.In-depth knowledge of the engineering life cycle including the V-Model or similar frameworks.Skilled in using IBM DOORS EA Sparx CAMEO Siemens Team Centre with hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).Proven ability to lead small teams and manage both internal and external subcontractors.Strong background in requirements management and systems architecture delivering scalable and robust solutions.
