About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and driven PII Broker to join our dynamic team in Bristol. Reporting to the Account Director, your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Client Management: Oversee and nurture an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest standards of service.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for new business, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to expand our client base.
  • Insurance Solutions: Present comprehensive insurance solutions, including policies and risk management strategies, to secure renewals and attract new clients.
  • Cross-Selling: Recognize and act upon opportunities to offer additional services that benefit clients and enhance their insurance coverage.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with internal procedures, customer service standards, and external regulations, including those set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).


About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:



  • Industry Experience: A solid background in the insurance industry, particularly in Professional Indemnity Insurance.
  • Business Acumen: A proven track record of securing new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining professional relationships.
  • Proactivity: A proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
