We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner to join our team in our brand new Manchester office.
As a Product Owner your primary mission is to lead the successful development and delivery of our legal products and solutions.
Your core responsibility is to take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring its strategic alignment with the firm's business objectives and keeping us at the forefront of the industry. By engaging with stakeholders and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will capture and prioritize requirements, driving continuous improvements and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market. You will be the key link between business stakeholders and our product delivery teams, translating business requirements into actionable user stories that guide the development process.
Your role involves staying up to date with market trends and conducting horizon scanning to identify potential opportunities for new products and enhancements, thereby contributing to the growth and competitiveness of our firm. Client-centricity will be at the core of your approach, as you regularly gather feedback from clients, measure product performance against established metrics, and work relentlessly to enhance their experience. Your strategic acumen, collaborative spirit, and commitment to excellence will play a pivotal role in driving our legal products' success and solidifying our position as a leader in delivering exceptional solutions to our valued clients.
About You:
- A strong foundation in legal principles, regulations, and practices is essential to understand the nuances of the industry and effectively translate legal requirements into product features.
- Proficiency in product management methodologies, including roadmap planning, prioritization, user story development, and iterative development processes, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Expertise in engaging and communicating with diverse stakeholders, including legal professionals, business leaders, clients, and development teams, to gather requirements, address concerns, and maintain alignment.
- Adeptness in analysing legal market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements that meet evolving client needs.
- Knowledge of user-centred design principles to create intuitive and client-focused product experiences, translating complex legal processes into user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
