Core Details

  • £40,000 Salary & Benefits
  • No Nursing Shifts Required
  • 35 Hour Week. With Flexible Working Hours. Work 3 to 4 long days, 4 to 5 shorter days or however works best for the service, you and the manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home
  • Continuously develop TRULY person centred care plans. Assisting the staff in following care plans, through training, advice and management
  • Create methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the home, including methods to increase how long each staff member gets with each resident
  • Ensure that any new residents have a smooth transition into the home. Working with the Home Manager, the new residents family/friends and (if applicable) their previous healthcare provider, to create a personalised care plan.


Required Expertise

  • Registered Nurse Qualification
  • Experience in Leadership Positions within Care Homes, Mental Health Facilities or a similar Health Care Provision
  • Dedication and Honesty
