As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with their learning, as well as their emotional needs. Help students build resilience, emotional regulation, and social skills in a safe and structured environment. Help manage challenging and anti-social behaviours by building meaningful relationship. Gain an in-depth understanding of trauma-informed practices, attachment theory, and behaviour as a form of communication.
